Information About You

When you use our website or place an order, you warrant that:

Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Your failure to furnish sufficient information that is imperative for the order to be processed, like your address or contact details.
  • The discovery of a product description or pricing error.

But don’t worry, if there is an issue with your product order, we will inform you of the same.

Product Prices & Descriptions

While we take care that all the product details, including the prices, are correct and accurate, however, since these details are added manually, they are prone to human errors. As soon as we discover any such error in the product description, price, or discounts for which you have placed an order, we will inform you at the earliest. Besides, we will also offer you the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel the order with the updated information.

However, if we are not able to get in touch with you, the order will be deemed as cancelled, and your payments will be refunded to your account.

The product prices may vary for different locations within the United Kingdom. This variation may occur due to differences in the delivery costs, and such changes will be reflected in the total costs at the time of checking out.

Different devices have different displays, and therefore, the colour as perceived from your device screen and that of the actual product may vary slightly. These variations may differ for different devices and are out of our control. Delivery Options

While you place your orders, you will be asked to choose from different types of delivery options, along with the estimated time of delivery for each option.

Please note that these delivery times have been estimated for ideal conditions. But there could be unexpected delays on account of poor weather conditions, national holidays, carrier delays, among others, and we will try our best to keep you informed about any such delays.

Returns and Refunds

It is alright if a product is not of the right size, outlook, or not as you expected it to be. If a product doesn’t work for you, we are ready to accept it back as long as you comply with the following conditions.

  • A return can be requested only within 30 days of the delivery.
  • The item must be in the same state as it was at the time of delivery, which means that the item must not have been used, and the tags must still be intact.

We strive to clear all refunds within 7 to 14 days after you return the item. The refund will either be reflected as points in your account or in the form of a gift card, which you can spend within the next three months.

If you are unable to return the products within the specified time frame or have not received the refund after exceeding 14 days, please get in touch with us.

If in case, we notice an odd or excessive pattern in order and returns from your account, or suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, using the product and then requesting a return, we may choose to reject your return request and even deactivate your account from everycleardropfilters.com. If your account gets blocked for this reason and you think that we made a mistake, get in touch with us. We will sort this out together.
